The PHOENIX Bioinformatics Platform provides informatics support in data acquisition, processing, standardization, management and statistical interpretation of the data from experimental technology platforms, and to assist such research activities being carried out in the PHOENIX Center or in national and international collaborations.

Another key function of the Bioinformatics Platform is knowledge discovery - extracting and presenting the relationships between bio-molecular characteristics and their functional manifests. In addition to project-centric activities, the PHOENIX Bioinformatics Platform provides a number of key bioinformatics and proteomics public data resources:

ProteomeXchange-compliant mass spectrometry proteomics data submission and archiving system

Integrated biomedical data search & navigation system, and integration & annotation framework

Integrated Pan-omics data search and browing system for Chinese Human Proteome Project

Galaxy-based proteomics data analysis framework @ PHOENIX HPC environment

Reactome Reactome is a free, open-source, curated and peer reviewed pathway database. The goal is to provide intuitive bioinformatics tools for the visualization, interpretion and analysis of pathway knowledge to support basic research, genome analysis, modeling, systems biology and education.
